EKG of the Week – Week 1

You walk into your shift in C pod and see a flutter of activity around bed 35.  In there, is a 55 year old male complaining of chest pain similar to his past MI.  He states that he has this vague chest discomfort and feels “off.”  You get handed this EKG.

What do you do?
