EKG of the Week – Week 25

  All I want to know is STEMI or No STEMI.  52 yo F with pmh of HTN. HLD, DM p/w SOB and chest pain.  Want some vitals?  sure.  why not.  HR 96, BP 155/89, RR 16, SpO2 99% RA, Temp: afebrile.  Go!  STEMI or No STEMI??

That was exciting.  Our second case this week comes from a patient one of my colleagues saw in B Pod the other day.  This patient is a 55 yo M with a chief complaint of Syncope.  What is your read of his EKG?
