This week, you have two ekgs. 

The first one is a 68 yo F with chest pressure, diaphoresis, and vomiting.  STEMI or NO STEMI?


The second one is a 22 yo F who is postpartum day 7 from an uncomplicated SVD (spontaneous vaginal delivery).  STEMI or NO STEMI (or what is likely going on?)
