EKG of the Week 5

You’re rotating through the OB service when you notice a flutter of activity outside of one of the postpartum rooms. You walk in and find a dyspnic, diaphoretic  22 yo female who is postpartum day 3 from an uncomplicated SVD (spontaneous vaginal delivery).  You get handed this EKG. 

STEMI or NO STEMI (or what is likely going on?)
