Scenario one is that she is mentating appropriately with a BP of 120/80 asking for a sandwich and discharge.  What do you want to do?  Should you treat her heart rate of 170?

Scenario two is that her BP is 80/30 and she’s “not acting right” per her husband.  Would your treatment differ?
